Steel Brandering Ceilings can be Flush Plastered Ceilings , skimmed or used with H Strips to join the Gypsum Boards. A Plastered Ceiling provides a clean continuous flat surface ceiling that can be combined with bulkheads to enhance the interior space. Access to the ceiling / infrastructure is by means of a trapdoor.
Steel brandering is a cost-effective alternative to wooden brandering for plastered ceilings and bulkheads. Our galvanized steel brandering does not age, rot or warp over time. Brandering provides a straight and even finish. It is easily installed. It is fitted perpendicular to roof trusses with our suspension brackets (150mm or 300mm). Steel brandering can be connected by means of joiners. It has a knurled face to help make fastening the boards easier. It is manufactured with high quality 0.5mm galvanised steel into a channel 35x17mm. It is zinc coated to ensure no rust over time.
